Absolutely. Log into your member portal and skip any upcoming shipment. No penalties, no fees.

Is there a contract?

Nope. Cancel anytime from your member portal. We hope you stay because you love the wines, not because you're locked in.

Can I customize my wines?

Yes! From the 21st of each month, you can customize your upcoming shipment. Swap wines, change ratios, add extras at member pricing.

What if I don't like a wine?

Give us feedback through your portal. We'll make it right with a credit or replacement bottle. Your satisfaction matters.

Do you ship outside Victoria?

We ship to all Australian states and territories. Shipping is free for all Collective PLUS members.

Can I send this as a gift?
